Robert Helgerth is a serial entrepreneur in the IT sector with extensive international experience in building, scaling, and transforming technology businesses.
During his 15 years at Microsoft, he played a key role in partner management, coaching and advising Microsoft partners around the globe. Through this work, he built a strong and trusted network across all levels of the Microsoft ecosystem from the global partner organization to country leadership teams worldwide.
In addition to his Microsoft career, Robert served as CEO of a leading global provider of cyber-physical systems, where he successfully drove strategic growth and operational excellence.
His career combines deep ecosystem expertise, executive leadership, and a passion for empowering technology partners to achieve sustainable success.

Werner Leibrandt is an internationally experienced technology and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience at Microsoft in Europe and the United States. In various leadership roles at Microsoft’s corporate headquarters in Redmond, he led strategic initiatives across cloud platforms, partner ecosystems, AI, and operational scaling.
With extensive experience building global teams and scaling technology-driven business models, Werner brings deep expertise in operational excellence, international go-to-market strategies, and partner-driven value creation.
At AXAITRA, he serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Operations, where he leads the development and scaling of the group’s European cloud and AI services platform, helping drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
